hridai is a “not for profit organisation” established in 2002 by Mr. Shailesh Tewary, along with nation‟s eminent personalities as founding members echoing the vision of enhancing productivity by people’s synergy.

It is the concept of hridai that, in a constantly changing world the critical challenge is of maintaining continuity and consistency in quality deliverables.

At hridai we believe that, “people are a fundamental resource and people are also the critical variable; consequentially people are also the key to results.”

We are in new times and renewed expectations and the pace of this development will be measured with the pace of Human Development and that is the “heart of the matter which concerns us” at hridai.

 

hridai’s Primary Objectives are as follows:

  • To build a scientific storehouse of knowledge and skills of human resource development and disseminate the same for maintaining standards & professional excellence and to assist stimulate positive forces for humanizing systems and organizations and to enable people contribute their best and to provide organizations and individuals seeking to hire, develop and retain a talented workforce.
  • To assist, develop, implement and participate in Government, Industries and Individual PR & marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, event management, market surveys, education packages & solutions, information technology & related courses, interactive distance learning programs, assessment centres & extra-curricular personality and leadership development activities.
  • To develop, implement and participate in youth exchange programs, travel & tourism programs, civil defence programs, cultural programs and to establish and maintain contact with other national and international organisations active in the same or similar field.
  • To advance the interests of human resource profession, improve the quality and effectiveness of professional human resource management and promote and develop knowledge of human resource issues and competency building at all levels. § Develop and enhance productivity by people synergy and human resource through education, training, research and experience sharing.
  • To cooperate with and maintain a liaison with Government/ Non- government, Judicial, Labour & Social welfare organizations, bodies, institutions, or societies connected or involved in the cause of human resource development & management.

 The Objectives:
A. The main objectives to be pursued by the institution are:-
  1. Develop human resource through education, training, research and experience sharing
  2. To assist stimulate positive forces for humanizing system and organizations and to enable people contribute their best and to provide organizations and individuals seeking to hire, develop and retain a talented workforce.
  3. To build a scientific storehouse of knowledge and skills of human resource development and disseminate the same for maintaining standards & professional excellence.
  4. To act as a catalyst & facilitator to create a common platform for government, industries, NGO’s and individuals to work together for providing effective leadership.
  5. To organize planning, management, implementation and evaluation of projects relating to human resource, development & productivity enhancement.
  6. To advance the interests of human resource profession, improve the quality and effectiveness of professional human resource management and promote and develop knowledge of human resource issues.
  7. To conceptualize, implement and participate in various programs relating to human rights, diversity issues, gender equality, education, health, livelihood, child & women development and injustice.
  8. To provide consulting to management & development of present business, new venture, alliances executive assistance and representations.
  9. To assist, develop, implement and participate in Government, Industries and Individual PR & marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, event management, market surveys, education packages & solutions, information technology & related courses, interactive distance learning programs, assessment centres & extra-curricular activities.
  10. To develop, implement and participate in youth exchange programs, adventure training programs, travel & tourism programs, civil defence programs, cultural programs and to establish and maintain contact with its member organizations and other national and international organizations active in the same or similar field. 
B. Other objects, incident or ancillary to the main objectives are:
  1. To establish branches and agencies of the Society in India and abroad, and to discontinue the same as and when required.
  2. To formulate, promote and undertake projects, programs and policies of hridai.
  3. To organize conferences, seminars, lecture series and to take assistance of media i.e. newspapers, magazines, television and the electronic media.
  4. To cooperate with other agencies institutions involved in same or Similar field of work in whatever manner possible.
  5. To cooperate with and maintain a liaison with Government/ Non- government, Judicial Labor & Soc1al welfare organizations, bodies, institutions, or Societies connected or involved to the cause of human resource development & management
  6. To raise money/ funds in form of grants. donations, fees, charges or subscriptions may be deemed tit and proper, for and on behalf of hridai.
  7. To manage and administer funds and/or purchase/dispose off, asset properties of hridai for the use and benefits and betterment of hridai.
  8. To enter into contracts/agreements for and on behalf of hridai in connection to the achieving any of its purposes.
